The Last Airbender was loved by fans and critics alike, so when the show ended there were many pleas for some sort of continuation or sequel. The Legend of Korra was announced almost three years ago as a sequel to The Last Airbender. Today, the creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender & Legend of Korra had a meeting with Nickolodean executives, and after thinking about what the potential subject matter of their meeting could be, I could only come up with two possible conversations. The first: “Sorry guys, your budget has been cut. I'm afraid the Legend of Korra will have to be aired in black and white, and with no sound.” The second: “We finally can present you with a release date!”. My bet is on the latter.
So far there is no news of what was discussed, but hopefully when it is it will be the news we are all hoping for. Check back for an update on what exactly is revealed.
UPDATE: The Legend of Korra will air 11 AM on April 14!
